About Me
Edwin Hammond Meredith presently works as a professional chef based in the Florida Keys. Beyond his work as a chef, he enjoys staying physically active through such interests as stand-up paddleboarding. Edwin Hammond Meredith currently participates in long-distance crossings with other stand-up paddleboarders, and his trips include a one-day, 30-plus-mile trek from Key Largo to the City of Flamingo. He has plans to compete in future stand-up paddleboarding events and crossings.
Mr. Meredith enjoys a number of outdoor activities in addition to stand-up paddleboarding. Some of his favorite water-related pastimes include surfing, scuba diving, sailing, and fishing. He also likes to research various topics related to marine biology. A fan of World Rally Championship rally racing, he likes to drive all-terrain vehicles, particularly Land Cruisers, whenever he has a chance.
He is also a tattoo enthusiast who enjoys listening to music, traveling internationally, and studying foreign languages. When he visits colder climates, he seeks out opportunities to go ice climbing.- TwitterCheck out my latest updates!
